As someone with a background in healthcare, I truly believe that when a practice genuinely cares about its patients, the business side naturally follows. That is exactly why I love this practice. From the moment you walk in, there is a kind, compassionate, and humanistic approach from everyone there, including Nasrin, the dental assistant, Sayna at the front desk, and Dr. Naseh herself. It is very rare for me to feel confident recommending an entire practice from top to bottom, but I can honestly say that about this place. I actually found them by chance because I had previously been a patient of another orthodontist at this same location under a different name. Unfortunately, my prior experience involved a lot of unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility during the transfer process. Even though the situation was not necessarily Dr. Nasseh’s responsibility, she still took ownership of my case, went above and beyond to help me, and is truly supporting me through my Invisalign treatment.
