What we can tell you is that a lot of our patients live in North Vancouver. Families from Lynn Valley, Deep Cove, Edgemont Village, and right across the North Shore come to us for braces, Invisalign, and general orthodontic care. Dr. Roya Naseh is a Certified Specialist in Orthodontics (FRCD(C)) with over 25 years of experience, and our office is set up to make the drive worth it.
Getting to Us from North Vancouver
We're at 925 Main Street, Unit J2, West Vancouver, right off the Upper Levels Highway. Most patients take the Taylor Way or Marine Drive exit and they're at our door in well under 20 minutes, traffic depending.
Parking is free at the clinic. There's no transit transfer, no paid lot, and no circling the block looking for a spot.
The honest truth is that most orthodontic visits, once you're past the first few appointments, are spaced out every 6 to 12 weeks. You're not making this drive every week. For Invisalign patients especially, check-ins are typically every 8 to 12 weeks, so the commute becomes a non-issue pretty quickly.
What We Treat
We provide complete orthodontic care for children, teens, and adults. Here's what that includes.
Braces
We offer both traditional metal braces and LightForce 3D-printed braces, which are custom-fabricated for each patient rather than mass-produced. If you want a deeper look at what daily life with braces is like, our living with braces page covers food, brushing, and what to expect appointment to appointment.
Invisalign
We're a full Invisalign provider for adults, teens, and children, using the iTero Element 5D scanner for digital treatment planning. If Invisalign is what brought you here, our Invisalign page goes into the full details of how treatment works, what it costs, and what to expect, including a section written specifically for North Vancouver patients.
Children's Orthodontics
Dr. Naseh recommends a first orthodontic check-up around age 7, even before all the baby teeth are gone. At that age, we can often catch jaw growth and spacing issues early and treat them with simpler, shorter interventions than waiting until adolescence would require. Our treatment for children page explains the two-phase treatment approach we use and the signs that suggest your child should be seen sooner rather than later.
Adult Orthodontics
It's never too late to fix a bite or straighten teeth. A meaningful number of our patients are adults in their 30s, 40s, and beyond, some doing this for the first time and some addressing teeth that have shifted since braces in their teenage years. Read more on our adult treatment page.
Airway and Surgical Cases
For more complex situations involving airway issues or jaw surgery, we work closely with oral surgeons and sleep specialists. You can read more on our airway issues page and our surgical treatment page.
Why North Vancouver Families Choose Royal Orthodontics
A Certified Specialist, Not a General Dentist
Dr. Roya Naseh holds the FRCD(C) designation, Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, and has practised orthodontics exclusively for more than 25 years. Plenty of general dentists in North Vancouver offer braces or Invisalign as one of many services. Orthodontics is the only thing we do. Learn more on our meet the doctor page.
Two Convenient Locations
Beyond our West Vancouver clinic, we also see patients at our Downtown Vancouver location on Thursdays and Fridays, which may work better for North Vancouver patients who commute into the city for work. Full hours and directions for both locations are on our contact page.
5.0 Rating from Over 100 Google Reviews
We don't take this for granted. Patients consistently mention feeling well-informed and getting the result they were hoping for.
0% Interest Financing and Direct Insurance Billing
Orthodontic treatment is a real investment. We offer 0% interest financing and direct bill most major insurance providers, so there's less out-of-pocket cost and less paperwork on your end.
Frequently Asked Questions
No, our clinic is in West Vancouver. We're commonly searched for by North Vancouver patients because we're close by and many families on the North Shore choose to come to us. The drive is typically 10 to 15 minutes from most of North Vancouver.
We recommend around age 7. At that age, we can usually spot developing bite or jaw issues early, even while some baby teeth are still present. Early evaluation doesn't always mean early treatment. Often it just means we monitor your child's growth and intervene later if needed, at the most effective time.
We treat all ages. A significant portion of our patients are adults seeking Invisalign or braces for the first time, or addressing teeth that have shifted since previous treatment.
Most patients find it straightforward. We're right off the Upper Levels Highway, and parking is free. Since most orthodontic visits are spaced weeks apart, this isn't a regular weekly trip.
No referral is needed. You can book directly with us.
This page covers all of our orthodontic services for North Vancouver patients, braces, Invisalign, children's treatment, and adult treatment. If Invisalign specifically is what you're interested in, our dedicated Invisalign page goes into much more detail on that one treatment.
